Chicken broast Recipes and Cooking Method
History of Chicken Broast
Chicken Broast is a popular dish that originated in the United States, where it was developed by Broaster Company in 1954. The term "broasting" is a unique cooking method combining pressure cooking and deep frying, resulting in chicken that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Unlike traditional fried chicken, broasting uses a special broasting machine that allows the chicken to cook faster while retaining its moisture and flavor. This dish quickly gained popularity in fast food chains and restaurants across the U.S. and later spread to other parts of the world, especially in South Asia and the Middle East, where it became a street food favorite.
